Capital reduction decided by the Shareholders Meeting

The April 16th  Shareholders Meeting has  decided to reduce the Kendall capital figure by a partial refund of contributions to the Company shareholders. To fulfill the Spanish companies law duties, the board announces the mentioned capital reduction by publishing the relevant  particulars of the resolutions decided by the SH meeting. Spanish Wind Park Investment
June 2016

Kendall Develops announces it's fourth investment in two wind parks in Spain located in the region of Castilla y Leon. These parks have been in full operation for several years but will benefit from a FiT for a long number of years. Kendall is a minority investor in the holding company that purchased the parks, joining a reputable group of Spanish, Belgium and Portuguese investors.

OrangeWays Investment

August 2014

Kendall Develops announces it's third investment in solar farm developer OrangeWays. Kendall has partnered with FirstRule, a portuguese company with extensive experience in solar farm projects, to create a new developer aiming to build a portfolio of 10MW of distributed solar farms throughout the country. The solar farms will be built and operated by OrangeWays under FiT or Self-consumption regimes to take advantage of the favorable regulatory environment in Portugal.

Pisco Wind Park Investment
April 2014

Kendall Develops announces it's second investment in wind farm developer Windpartners Renováveis, SGPS, a company that owns the license to build and operate a 50MW wind park in the north of Portugal. This park is fully licensed and construction is expected to begin soon with the goal of having the park fully operational by the end of 2015. Kendall was the lead investor in this company and was joined by several other reputable portuguese investors with a long track record in wind park investments.
